ANC Real Estate is a leading real estate consultant firm established in Shanghai, China since 2003 and has now grown to 26 offices locally.
In 2014, ANC expand its business into Sydney, Australia with the assistance of Mr. Vincent Wong, the ex-partner of ANC Shanghai.
ANC has a very strong sales team with over 220 staff members and it has been awarded "Top 20 Real Estate Agency Offices" in Shanghai for the last five consecutive years.

Vincent has over 19 year experience in the real estate industry in Australia and China. Prior to this, Vincent established his own insurance brokering firm in Sydney Chinatown, serving Sydney’s sprawling Chinese population and building up an extensive network of clients.
In 2005, Vincent opened the first LJ Hooker office in Shanghai, China. From 2005-2010, he established over 30 real estate offices in Shanghai. During that period of time, he held many China residential & commercial project exhibitions in Sydney, Melbourne, Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco, in collaboration with local real estate agents. Vincent also assisted a few Sydney, USA and Malaysian developers promote properties in Beijing, Shanghai, Ningbo, Suzhou & Shenzhen in China.
Vincent's open sincerity and friendly nature combined with his highly intelligent business acumen instil great confidence in his clients. His genuine empathy for his vendors' needs and his endless enthusiasm are among the many personal attributes that make him an outstanding manager and agent.
